These terms cover your use of GainWix AI Studio — the desktop app, the free developer core, and the GainWix cloud services for licensing and updates.
This is a plain-language summary of how GainWix AI Studio is offered. The definitive terms may be updated as the product moves out of early access; the version published here governs your use in the meantime.
These terms are a binding agreement between Gainwix Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at Anna Avenue, Koyambedu, Chennai – 600107, Tamil Nadu, India (“Gainwix”, “we”, “us”, “our”), and you, the person or entity using GainWix AI Studio (“you”, “your”). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these terms.
The free developer core — the daemon and CLI — is free to use, with no account required. Paid tiers grant additional features under an offline-verifiable licence key tied to your account or team.
You are responsible for the tools, servers, and actions you authorise through the gateway. Use the app in line with the terms of the AI apps and services you connect it to, and with applicable law.
Your work stays yours. Because audit data and secrets are stored locally, you control retention and deletion. Our handling of the limited account and telemetry data is described in the privacy policy.
Updates are delivered with a drain-and-restart so running work is not interrupted. Cloud licensing and update services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis; the app itself keeps working offline.
A team owner may invite members, assign roles, and distribute policy profiles. The owner is responsible for the access they grant and for managing membership.
All intellectual property rights in GainWix AI Studio belong to Gainwix. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the app. You may not resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer it, except to the extent the law allows.
The software is provided “as is”, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Gainwix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost revenue, profits, or data. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under or in connection with them.
